I’m Joe Mercieca, MD of Island. Let me tell you a bit about what we can do for you.

After 10 years in real estate, most of them as MD of the Gozo branch of Malta’s biggest estate agent, I started Island in 2003. Now that I have my own company, you get the benefit of my know-how and contacts, combined with the individual, personal service you deserve – any time, any day, anywhere. My wife Josephine is also a director, which makes Island a family business.

So you can trust us to be always absolutely straight with you, and to ”go the extra mile” to make you happy. If you like, we’ll arrange transport from Malta airport by road or helicopter, or arrange car hire, or collect you from the ferry in Gozo and show you the properties you want to see.
